The Blind Prince

My second fairytale is complete.  It is nineteen single-space pages long and 8,403 words.  I enjoyed writing the story.  I hope my child, to whom it is dedicated enjoys reading it.

The Porcine Prince

A short story, fairytale for one of my sons is now complete.  5,877 words in 20 pages.  He loved it.  The only thing he requested changed was the heroine's name.  Done.    

Now the others want a fairytale for themselves.  Which is perfect as I am ready to start on the second. 

It feels great to be writing again.  

Abandoning My Post In Order to Create

Sure the children may have had chocolate chip cookies for dinner.  And watermelon for dessert.  But I wrote.  And that's really what matters.  Twelve pages, five full chapters, and nearly four thousand words. 

It feels so good to write.
